Construction Site Activities

 Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:30pm

 No experience necessary. Training and mandatory safety orientation and equipment are provided.

Tasks include:

• Forming, pouring and finishing concrete curbs and sidewalks
• Pouring the foundation footings and foundation walls
• Placing the foundation drainage system and waterproofing the foundation walls
• Preparing, pouring and finishing the basement floors
• Constructing the first floor deck
• Framing the walls and second floor deck
• Installing trusses and closing in the roof
• Installing windows
• Installing the electrical, plumbing and heating systems
• Insulating the exterior walls
• Hanging siding
• Hanging drywall
• Painting
• Hanging doors and installing trim
• Installing laminate flooring
• Cosmetic details that complete house aesthetics
• Cleaning the site and organizing the tool and materials storage areas
